A brush works, not a trading house

Impression Brush Enterprises manufactures industrial brushes at our works in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Road sweeper centre brushes, side brushes, broomers, nylon rollers, strip and wire brushes — tufted here, on cores prepared here.

Most of what we make is built to a specific machine. An operator sends the worn brush or the size, and we build the replacement to match the core, the bore and the length already in service. That matters more than a catalogue number, because the brush has to drop into a mounting that exists.

We also re-bristle. If the core or the machined shaft is sound, returning it for re-tufting is usually cheaper than buying a new assembly — the machined part is the expensive half.

Buying direct from the works means you are talking to the people who will make the brush. If something about the specification does not look right, you hear about it before it is made.
