Custom Brush Manufacturing
Most of what leaves our works is built for one machine, not a catalogue. Send a drawing, a sample, or photographs of the brush you are replacing, and we build to match — core, bore, face length and filament.
Machine compatibility
Brushes are built to fit the sweeper you already run. Give us the make, model and the worn brush’s dimensions, and we match the core, bore and mounting.
What we need from you
Any one of these is enough
You do not need a drawing. Most enquiries start with a worn brush and a phone camera, and that works perfectly well.
A drawing
CAD, PDF or a dimensioned sketch — whatever you have.
A sample
Post us the worn brush. We measure it and match it.
Photographs
Photos of the brush and its mounting, with a tape measure in frame.
Just the machine
Make and model of the sweeper or machine, if you know nothing else.

There is no fixed catalogue size. Each of these is set per order, against your machine and your application.
Get a quote- Outer diameter To your machine, in inches or mm
- Face length Single piece or built in sections
- Bore / shaft Plain bore, keyed shaft or through-shaft
- Core type Perforated tube, welded steel, machined shaft or moulded hub
- Filament Nylon, PP, Teflon, TPP wire, steel wire, or a mix
- Tufting pattern Straight, spiral or zigzag; density set for the duty
- Trim length Bristle length to suit the clearance you have
- Colour Filament colour where it helps you identify a grade
